Business Analyst - Hybrid Working

We are working with a fantastic client of our based in Bristol. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the expanding team.

The Vacancy

What you will be doing:
Analyse business requirements elicited from stakeholders at a detailed technical level to understand fully how software solutions enhance business activities; Handling edge cases and exception scenarios

Develop solutions based on the IT Roadmap & Company Vision, adhering to approved solution architectures; Challenging the stakeholder business cases & user journey assumptions

Organise workshops with developers and stakeholders, ensuring all participants have a common understanding of definitions, processes, behaviours & goals; Documenting clear actions and outcomes

Working with a Software & Reporting Development Team in an agile working environment; Taking part in all scrum ceremonies

Who we're looking for:
You are well organised, have O365/Microsoft-365 experience, and have worked closely with software development teams

An enthusiastic individual who would be comfortable to work with all different business departments and colleagues from various backgrounds & seniority; Someone who can confidently ask questions, challenge processes, and understand the business

A professional who will be quick to identify opportunities for improvement in any business process; Someone who will promote solutions to improve the customer experience, products, controls and efficiencies

An analytical thinker and methodical researcher who would enjoy giving simple solutions to complex problems and be quick to identify patterns in datasets

This is not a basic requirement gathering Business Analyst role! You will have critical thinking analysis skills and an understanding of computational concepts (eg logic patterns, data dependencies)
