Location: Central/West End, London Country: UK Rate: £50k per annum

MSP management, Security Operations, Cyber Essentials, ISO (9001 and 2700) audits and governance.

The successful candidate will lead a service focussed approach to service delivery, monitoring, MSP and 3rd party management, based upon the ITIL process framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring service availability, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance governance to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor infrastructure security, generate reports, and address any vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure continuity of IT services, including SaaS and laaS solutions for both internal and external customers.
  • Manage relationships with external third-party vendors and IT service providers, measuring their value and service availability against robust KPIs.

Essential Experience:

  • Possess advanced Service Delivery experience, relationship management and 3rd party management experience
  • Accreditation in service management from ITIL or similar qualification bod
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions under guidance.
  • Experienced in managing IT suppliers and vendors.
