Data Integration Lead - SQL, Datamodelling, Ataccama ONE, DQPro

Data Integration Lead to join a forward-thinking London Market Insurer at the forefront of data management innovation. Your role will be to lead the alignment of the data management strategy with the organisation's business objectives, building a solid foundation of good Data Governance practices. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the data is utilised efficiently, complies with regulations, and maintains high quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on data management processes throughout the organisation.

Successful applicants will be experienced in the rollout of Data Quality tools such as Ataccama ONE and DQPro to support the organisation's data strategy. As a Data Integration Lead, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to the development of advanced solutions that will ensure data is utilised to its full potential. Your role will be to deliver the right balance of centralised and federalised Data Governance framework, seeking across the business, while setting key KPIs and metrics to establish successful data maturity.

Responsibilities:

• Mandate data management and governance policies and procedures that meet business needs and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate data ownership and stewardship, ensuring compliance and effective risk management
• Utilise extensive knowledge of insurance processes to address specific data governance needs and challenges within each data domain
• Support programs aimed at integrating data systems and understanding and mitigating implementation challenges associated with data integration
• Develop and maintain metadata repositories to ensure the accuracy of metadata for efficient data usage across our organization

Requirements:

• Expertise in data integration, Datamodelling, metadata management, and data governance tools
• Technical expertise using SQL, DQPro, and Ataccama ONE
• Proficiency in data quality and analysis tools, with a strong grasp of data observability being advantageous
• Problem-solving prowess with a focus on data integrity checks
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing data-focused projects
