A company that Hays is exclusively working with is looking to expand their technical team to support a "Consent Platform" integration project. The company specialises in the food manufacturing & retail industry and is located in the Southwest of England. They want to add a proactive BA to their team to help guide the project from end-to-end - YOU could be the perfect fit!

Your new role

• Business Analyst - Consent Project (6 months, Hybrid)
• Manage the business aspects of the "consent" project, ensuring it meets user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (marketing, IT, technical teams) to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Support the full project life cycle from planning to implementation and testing.
• Produce documentation and play a key role in change management.

What you'll need to succeed

Technical Skills:

• Directly experienced with supporting the implementation of a global consent platform to increase efficiency within the business.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Visio), JIRA, Confluence (or similar).
• Working knowledge of XML, JavaScript, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience with object-oriented design and UML.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• The ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Education & Experience:

• HND/Honours Degree in Computer Science or related field (or relevant experience).

• £350 - £450 per day Inside IR35, D.O.E.
