IMI Systems Inc. is an international software development and information technology consulting company serving the top multinational companies in manufacturing, banking, brokerage, insurance, computer, and telecommunications industries through a vast network of offices throughout the United States and Canada. We are also an international provider of IT services through our subsidiary, ICT, in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Still, now, as in our first decade, the bulk of our business comes to us from the same roster of clients, year after year. Our organizational structure is designed to serve our large corporate and government customers through our network of branches throughout the county and abroad. Account Managers on site at our major accounts supervise our consultants. These managers in turn report to Division Directors who work closely with the local Branch Managers to assure quality control. IMI senior executives and consultants have expertise in specific applications areas as well as seasoned experience in managing large projects and system implementations. 2. We provide transitional outsourcing of applications, which frees our clients' staff to develop new systems and significantly reduces maintenance costs.
3. We offer migration of legacy applications from mainframes to open systems and client/server environments.
4. We design and develop new applications in mainframe and open system environments, either on a staff supplementation or project basis.
5. We design and develop global systems which take into account the complexities of multinational and multicurrency business.
