Description

Key Role:
Lead provision software engineering support to a government customer in support of Technical Forensics Exploitation (TFE), Counter- Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED), and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. Oversee software engineering development efforts in support of a government customer, including the development of applications and programs required to support the government's mission in Technical Forensic Exploitation, Radio Frequency Characterization of devices of interest, data extraction, reverse engineering, prototyping, and replication. Develop an overall software architecture for the TFE, Replication and Prototyping Laboratory (RPL). Develop a system road map to advance a forward looking vision of how TFE and RPL systems will evolve to meet mission requirements going forward. Establish SWE practices and standardization to enhance the management of Legacy and newly developed software and effective configuration management and versioning control practices, processes, and systems. Develop effective automated testing to test software to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of applications developed in support of RF Characterization, test, measurement, and other processes and procedures of the TFE RF Characterization lab and RPL. Develop robust databases and data management tools to effectively protect, manage, and exploit the data generated by the TFE and RPL labs for internal use and to provide to other organizations within the C-IED, Forensics, and intelligence communities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-7+ years of experience with software development and software engineering-Experience with C/C++ under the Windows or Linux platform-Experience with large-scale software architecture development-Experience with creating automated testing programs-Experience with either MATLAB's Simulink or Labview-Secret clearance required-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with platform-independent software deployment-Experience with FPGA development-Experience with Graphical User Interface (GUI) development-Experience with developing Real Time systems-Knowledge of signal processing algorithms and techniques-Knowledge of RF analog processing techniques-TS/SCI clearance preferred-BS degree in CS, EE, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
