Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and support of enterprise wide document management and Workflow capabilities.
Works with enterprise wide business and IT senior management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.
Solves complex technical problems.
Optimizes the performance of document management and workflow tools.
Creates testing methodology and criteria.
Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of document management and workflow tools to enhance business process automation.
Assists with the development of standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the document management and workflow tools and systems.
Develops data/information quality metrics.
Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise wide document management and workflow solutions.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related information technology field
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in document management and workflow. Must have previous work experience with OnBase, SharePoint, Domino, and related tools.
Good knowledge of document management best practices.
Good knowledge of how to design workflows.
Experience with integration between workflow systems.
Solid general IT skills including basic understanding of networks, active directory, servers, etc.
Good group facilitation, communication, and training presentation skills.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate or present information, both verbally and written, effectively with all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and has ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
