We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about systems infrastructure! If you are looking for a position where you take ownership, wear multiple hats, and provide support to a number of different end users we have the position for you!

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn in a fast paced environment, works well in teams, can interact effectively with end users, and has basic computer troubleshooting skills. An understanding of basic networking, windows operating systems, and knowledge of computer hardware will be required. Experience in VMware, MS SQL Server, and Active Directory/Group Policy are preferred but not required. Candidate also needs to have strong organizational skills!
