Database Technician (Job Number:319455)
Description:
SAIC has an immediate part time temporary opportunity for a Database Technician at our (CDP) Center for Domestic Preparedness office in Anniston, Alabama
The IT person will support SAIC-CDP, contract specific, IT or database related projects
The candidate needs to know:
-have knowledge of database management and development
-scripting experience
-(preferred) knowledge of SQL
-knowledge and experience with Microsoft access
-Database administration certificate
-Microsoft certificate
-at least 4 years working experience with databases
-A+ certification or Microsoft certification
-experience with troubleshooting with database software
-experience with My SQL (considered)
-experience with servers
-(considered) certificates with server management
-experience with Adobe professional
-excellent communication-written and verbal skills
-experience with coordination of IT issues with external vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience required.
DBA certification required
A+ certification or Microsoft certification required
U. S. citizenship required.
