Key Role:
Lead and mentor a team of SharePoint 2010 developers in the design, development, deployment, testing, and support of custom solutions using tools, including Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, and SQL Server and perform integration of COTS products. Support system and hardware integration, testing, and maintenance. Work with customers throughout the Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and participate in making strategic design and architectural decisions. Work closely with the architecture team to identify and resolve technical problems with SharePoint 2010. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with IT
-4+ years of experience with custom .NET, C#, Silverlight, and SharePoint development
-4+ years of experience with SharePoint customization, integration, and development
-2+ years of experience with administering SQL Server
-Experience with SharePoint 2010 products and technologies
-Experience with integrating 3rd party tools with SharePoint 2010
-Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Sandbox Solutions and the SharePoint Client Object Model
-Knowledge of the core SharePoint 2010 architectural components
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Possession of excellent organizational, customer service, troubleshooting, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
