Daily Tasks include nut not limited to the following:
1. Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate the requirements for complex changes to current business processes, policies and information systems and for the development of new business processes, policies and information systems.
2. Work closely with the CAIRS Project Manager, OMH technical team members and various OMH Business Owners to create Use Case documentation for the programming staff.
3. Interact with cross functional teams (Application, Technology, and Enterprise Solution) and staff to ensure requirements are thoroughly and accurately documented and to design and document recommendations for improved business processes that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
4. Create test plans for code migrations and assist in testing of the application at the DEV, QA and PROD migrations.
Requirements:
48 Months Experience with business and systems analysis, including conducting meetings with stakeholders for the purposes of requirements gathering.
48 Months Experience in developing business requirements documents and end user documentation (ie, business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, screen designs)
48 Months Experience in quality assurance testing including content and load testing.
48 Months Experience in development of test plans for use by the development team.
24 Months Experience with Health Care data such as Medicaid, Episodes of Care and HIPAA protected data.
24 Months SQL experience with Oracle 9i/10G/11G
12 Months HP Quality Center.
