Role Summary/Purpose: GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.The Lead Systems Analyst - Oracle ERP Service Transition and Implementation will be a technical expert on the SSS Oracle ERP platforms, including code, setups, interfaces and data flows. In this role you will use your knowledge of Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable modules and lead a team of contractors to support the service transition process from Development through Production Implementation.
Essential Responsibilities: Lead Systems Analyst serves as technical expert on assigned applications:
Responsible for maintenance of application programs & interfaces
Coordinates with project teams and analysts to translate detailed specifications into new/enhanced application solutions
Demonstrates command of multiple programming languages, basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage, interfacing
Maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, etc.) to support effective implementations
Ensure at all times that Development and Stage instances are up and running without any issues
Provide support for development and stage instances
Coordinate with the Project and Development teams to review new functionalities and develop test scenarios
Ensure that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following established release management processes Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical IT field (or minimum of 5 years of hands-on, relevant, technical work experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting or implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (Accounts Payable, iProcurement and Purchasing modules
Minimum 2 years of experience with Technical/Functional process flow and setups involved in Oracle Purchasing, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Cash Management modules
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
Minimum 1 year experience leading onshore and offshore teamsEligibility Requirements:
