Job Description: Technical Architect (651)G

This position serves as the lead technical expert, as part of an integrated team to:
1. Design and implement page skin customizations to the Oracle Product Suite (WebCenter, Discover, Oracle Portal, and OBIEE 11g) in adherence with OMH best practices and NYS standards
2. Research and develop solutions utilizing new Oracle product functionality to integrate in OMH business deliverables.
3. Develop graphical design and customizations for Oracle Product Suite.
4. Integrate and trouble shoot technical issues between WebCenter and OBIEE11g
5. Analyze and develop OBIEE 11G technical solutions for new requirements. Completing requirements analysis, capture and document the customer's business and technical needs
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata and/or reporting components of the solution (building and/or modifying OBIEE 11G Repositories). This includes design customizations and deployment of the components through DEV/QA/PRD
7. Development and maintain of MHARS, CMHP, Balanced Scorecard, and Medicare Oracle portals sites to meet the operational business requirements of the agency.
8. Build business and presentation layers within OBIEE 11G to meet the business requirements of assigned projects.
9. Create reports and graphs customizations using OBIEE 11 G, incorporating into Oracle WebCenter as necessary, to meet the business requirements of the project.
10. Ensure that development activities adhere to the OMH architectural strategy so that overall Business Intelligence data integrity is maintained.

Requirements:
84 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with Oracle 10/11G databases, Oracle Data Warehouse,Data Marts, and SQL/PLSQL coding.
84 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with HTML, Javascripts, and CSS coding
48 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with Adobe Photoshop and DreamWeaver
84 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with customization of graphical interfaces (page skins) of Oracle products including OBIEE
18 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with customization of graphical interfaces (page skins) of Oracle WebCenter
60 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with TOAD (SQL querying tool) and Visual Source Safe.
18 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle OBIEE 11g Analytics and Dashboards
36 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience working with: JAVA
