The consultant would be working with the User Interface staff in the role of a lead architect. He(She) will be responsible for completing the design and coding of the new UI framework. Substantial work has been done on this project and the consultant would be expected to follow the direction currently established and carry the project through to completion. Duties also include training the UI staff to use and support the new framework, teaching them standards and best practices and system architecture and design, assist programmers with conversion of JSPs, collaborating with the JAVA framework team and others, debugging help tickets, documenting the UI framework and setting guidelines for coding enhancements including unit and regression test design.

Requirements:
60 months of experience architecting/designing user interface frameworks primarily using OO javaScript, OO CSS and HTML 5
60 months of experience with html, xhtml, & HTML 5 with at least 24 months of that being with HTML 5. At CGI, we're a team of builders.
