Hardware Developer - Electro-Optic, Lasers, Detectors Hardware Developer This position can be based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Greater Denver Area or Huntsville, Alabama.

We are a high technology company that specializes in building advanced electro-optic systems for the government. Due to growth, we are currently hiring for a Senior Hardware Engineer with a strong background in math and experience with Laser radar applications. What you need for this position:

- 5+ years experience building electro-optic systems
- Working prototype instruments
- Light detection and ranging; point cloud data
- Laser imaging detection and ranging; point cloud data
- Image processing algorithms
- Detectors
- Light modulators
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree

What you'll be doing:

- Design, develop and test custom Laser radars, imaging systems and photonic systems
- Create and test prototype systems
- Solve a variety of technical challenges
- Push prototypes into manufacturing then new product roll out
