JOB DESCRIPTION:
PKI support role responsible for Tier 2 support of Entrust client software. Ability to identify performance affecting conditions, perform trouble resolution, install software, update and maintain service request incidents in a Remedy ticketing environment, and interface and communicate effectively with internal and external users and Service Desk personnel when resolving incidents. Maintain forms and documentation according to PKI policy, create reports, and maintain crypto cards and account approvals for two-factor project. Develop, document, and maintain high quality processes for execution of the work. These are the current core responsibilities of this position. Responsibilities will be iterative and will evolve based on the demands of user-facing applications and mission needs. The successful candidate must possess:
Requires: Two years' experience and working knowledge of PKI and Entrust client software.
- Experience developing and documenting procedures supporting PKI
- Current knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating environments.
- Successful experience in a customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated self-initiative and record of consistently delivering quality results on schedule.
- Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance.
Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in a DoD, DoE or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DoD, DoE or other government security regulatory manual. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
