The Executive Assistant acts as the main point of contact to the office of executive management creating an atmosphere of professionalism that reflects the FCB values. Establish a well ordered environment visible to all who visit the office. Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy with the goal of always representing executive management in the best light.

Maintain productive relationships with external customers, community contacts and business associates, ensuring that verbal and written communications are delivered with the utmost clarity and correctness.Interface with peers and associates on behalf of the executive management, relaying, and in some cases representing, the executives thoughts about an issue.

Proactively provide administrative support, systems and processes that alleviate all administrative burdens for the executive. This position has customer contact.

Principle Accountabilites:
- Maintain schedule and calendar that ensures the most efficient use of the executives time. Keep tickler file to ensure that no important person or item is forgotten.

- Handle all written communication, including routine and complex document preparation, announcements, briefings, reports, email and presentations.

- Utilize various reports (eg sales, growth) to interpret and summarize key financials, results, trends, and other data as needed.

- Compile agenda items for all meetings, large or small; proactively conduct post-meeting debrief to identify open items and pursue until completion.

- Keep files on all direct reports as a job aid to the executive during one-on-one meetings and as a reference for the quarterly and annual performance reviews.

*This position can be filled as either an EA I or EA II depending on experience and skill set.*

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years administrative experience.

Additional Requirements:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work with confidential information.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and judgment skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Banking experience
