Network Engineer

Position: Network Engineer 2 - F5 and Cisco

Type: Contract- 6months + to multiple years

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Rate: $50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Creating VIP, Pools, SSL Certificate
• Writing iRule and troubleshooting
• OS upgrade from 9.4.x to 10.x
• Cisco Routing and Switching
• Route Policies using route-map
• Security Controls using ACL
• ASA Configuration for Site to Site VPN Tunnel for B2B
• ASA and Concentrator configuration for Remote VPN Access
• Split Tunnel Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Firewall ACl & ACE, NAT Configuration
• IOS Upgrades
• Check Point Smart Center Server Upgrade from R65/R70 to R75
• Nokia CP Firewall Upgrades to R75
• Capacity Planning for future growth
• Cisco AP, WLC, and 3rd Party (Blue Socket) solution for guest access
• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required
• 8-10 years of experience required
• F5 LTM certification and Cisco CCNP certification are a big plus
• Strong knowledge of LTM, DNS, Storage, and Wireless
• Strong knowledge of Routing and Network Protocols
• 7+ years of experience Cisco Routing and Switching OR 4+ years Cisco ASA Firewall/Checkpoint Firewall VPN experience.
