Position Description:

1. Provide analytical, technical and troubleshooting support for applications. Manage the business requirements gathering and the testing development and delivery process for assigned projects

2. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams

3. Manage projects using industry and company standards

4. Build business cases, present cases to management for approval, and lead projects

5. Data analysis, report creation, workflow identification, software research, documentation and training efforts

6. Additional work as assigned by Management

Position Requirements
- College degree preferred

- 3 to 5 years experience in business analysis, software quality assurance, or other related field

- General knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow

- General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies

- General knowledge of various technologies

- Working knowledge of requirements gathering and software test planning and execution techniques

- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and requests

- Quality Orientation

- Industry and Professional designations a plus
