What You Will Do as a Manager, Sales Operations
Position Summary:
The role of the Manager, Sales Operations is to provide operations support to NaviSite's sales organization across all sales channels. Implements new initiatives and business processes that may involve coordinating across other organizations. Responsibilities include providing sales process support. Updated reports, analyzes information and data in support of larger initiatives.Other responsibilities include calculating churn, supporting monthly weekly, quarterly and annual forecast as well as analyzing trends across multiple areas of sales. May also provide operational support to solution architecture team in support of achieve their annual business plan and objectives.
Work is performed with minimal direction and is reviewed by senior management.
What We Are Looking For in a Manager, Sales Operations:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related experience in sales operations
- Strong analytical skill with experience with Data Warehouse technologies
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce.com, strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
