PC/Mac Support Technician

We're looking for a PC/Mac Support Technician for a great contract position. This position will be responsible for inventory, Ghost Imaging, documentation and parts ordering. Must have current A+ Certification. We need a high energy person with a great personality and the ability to work without direct supervision.

OVERVIEW

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs PC computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 + years' experience and must have some MAC system experience
• Must have current A+ certification
• Ability to support a user base of 200+ users.
• Must have MAC OS systems/hardware experience
• Must have high level of energy, work independently, great communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of commonly-used support concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be able to work independently and with other IT Teams
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• May require an associate's degree or its equivalent
