Essential Job Functions:
We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in technology, business applications and infrastructure. This candidate should have strong project management skills and will lead the development and design of Customer and NaviSite/TWC technical solution and standard operating procedure documentation. Individual will actively engage in the delivery and coordination of project, implementation and development documentation. Resource should be agile and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel. Individual must have strong Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel and Projects skills .

Job Requirements:
This position requires considerable experience and knowledge of technology, infrastructure, business applications and standard operating procedures. They should have excellent communication, technical writing, Visio and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience documenting across a broad range of technology solutions and processes. They would have attention to detail and be familiar with documentation standards, processes and concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the development of specific solutions, including design of business process flows, application extensions and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills required to lead customer and NaviSite/TWC discovery sessions with key stakeholders and project team members.
- Expert capabilities with Microsoft tools including Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point and Projects.
- Work experience in hosted application environments, network environments or with a managed services provider is preferred
- Proven experience developing solution documentation
- Familiar with implementation methodologies and ISO compliance is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Enterprise experience a plus
- Individual should be a self starter and able to thrive in a hands-on entrepreneurial type environment

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
