Bus Sys Anlst, Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain Senior

JOB SUMMARY

Serves as a senior subject matter expert for business processes and Oracle configurations. Serves as a techno-functional expert responsible for the end-to-end solution working with development, application teams and end users.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Discrete and flow manufacturing related setups
- Setup and configure processes for inventory management, bills of materials, purchasing, discrete and flow routings, and work in process
- Setup warehouse management including picking, putaway, and cartonization,
- Setup MSCA and mobile inventory transactions
- Collaborate in definition of business processes, documentation of business and systems requirements, conceptual designs and/or feasibility studies for proposed system capabilities.
- Validate potential gaps between requirements and existing business model.
- Document the specification of development for extensions.
- Perform testing on the Oracle and 3rd party applications that support the defined solutions.
- Produce the necessary documentation for information systems operations and functional users.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- 6 years of Oracle applications experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain.
- Direct experience with creating BOMs and Routings for discrete manufacturing
- Excellent analytical skills utilizing structured development and problem solving techniques.
- Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Experience programming with P/L SQL.
- Minimum 3 Full lifecycle implementation of Oracle ERP.
- Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of EBS applications with a concentration in R12 supply chain, inventory management and manufacturing processes
- Industry Experience as a manufacturing, purchasing planning, or warehouse manager, as well as consulting experience.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Experienced with systems roll-outs, business process re-engineering providing on-going support to systems and utilizing best business practice.
- Oracle certification in EBS preferred.
