Description

The Training & Consulting Services department is looking for a Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Software Engineer on our Professional Services team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product analysts to analyze business scenarios and design solutions
- Directly interact with customers to analyze situation to determine project scope and determine best course of action for correct project solution
- Innovating efficient new solutions both internally and externally
- Coding custom solutions involving SQL and VB.NET/C#.NET
- Creating unit tests and performing integration testing of your implementations
- Participating in peer code reviews
- Being a technical resource to other team members
- Following standards and influencing continuous improvement of standards

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum two (2) years of professional work experience
- Strong Project Management and Time Management skills
- Understanding of efficient relational database systems and ability to construct complex SQL queries
- Minimum two (2) years of prior software development experience, strongly preferred
- Proficiency in developing software solutions with VB/C# languages, strongly preferred
- Experience with HTML, ASP.NET, Silverlight or Windows Forms development preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL preferred
