Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the collection, maintenance and release of product marketing data. Ensures accuracy and quality of data, including graphic images and cost data.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand product lines and accurately communicate product specifications, availability and cost values in internal and customer documentation.
- Enter accurate product information in customer and third party websites utilizing various entry methods.
- Implement product releases by compiling data from multiple departments and submitting marketing data to customers.
- Build positive relationships and partnerships within department and across the organization.
- Interact with customers as needed to manage and update existing product data through their proprietary interfaces and third-party data pool vendors.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business or a related field.
- 2 years of data management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficient computer skills required including Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to function independently in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel up to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Intermediate knowledge of Visual Basic for Microsoft Office
- Intermediate knowledge with Global Data Synchronization Network Data Management (GLNs, GTINs, UPCs)
- Basic knowledge with Macintosh operating system
- Cabinet and countertop product knowledge
