Key Role:

Serve as a firmware engineer and identify BIOS vulnerabilities for a variety of systems. Assess vulnerabilities in each system through a combination of penetration testing, reverse engineering, open source research, and the development of prototype exploits and mitigations to verify assessment. Support numerous challenging and mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on our nation's security and intelligence mission. Use complex software and hardware solutions on dynamic projects as part of an exciting and cutting-edge team facing unique challenges daily. Apply problem-solving expertise in a rapidly-evolving security environment. Perform Embedded development work and perform bit level vulnerability analysis, software development, and operational support for complex systems.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with software and firmware design, development, and testing, including writing clear, concise, functioning, and fully commented code
-2+ years of experience with EEPROM, ROM, and NAND Flash memory ICs-Knowledge of BIOS vulnerabilities
-Knowledge of a specialty in at least three areas, including software applications, software drivers, Digital Signal Processing applications, client and server applications, legacy, current, and future processors, operating systems, architectures, and interfaces; machine, assembly, device driver, and Kernel level languages, hardware functionality and the relationships with software
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
