Description

Key Role:
Support efforts to validate the Siebel system design by testing the COTS CRM application against program requirements. Identify and create detailed test cases and map them to system requirements and design specifications. Identify Siebel specific test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts from requirements and design documents. Map test cases to functional, system, and integration requirements for appropriate testing coverage. Identify, collect, and create test data to support Siebel testing, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-2+ years of experience in a professional work environment-1+ years of experience with testing, including system, functional and application, regression, or integration-1+ years of experience with Siebel, including design, configuration, or testing-1+ years of experience with using test management tools, including IBM Rational-Public Trust clearance

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with using IBM Rational Jazz Suite, including Quality Manager, Test Workbench, or Virtualization Server-Experience with using database query tools, including TOAD, Benthic, or SQL Server-Experience with testing Siebel CRM-Experience in working with Oracle products-Experience in working with federal government projects-Experience with Department of Homeland Security Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)-BA or BS degree in CS

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Public Trust clearance is required.
