Description

Key Role:

Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provide support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client, server, storage, and network devices, and mobile devices. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provide support for the escalation and communication of statuses to agency management and internal customers and support for the dispatch system and hardware problems while remaining involved in the resolution process. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with managing daily activities of configuration and operations of IT systems
-2+ years of experience with Tier 1 support, problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience with system administration experience in lieu of a BA or BS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
