Key Role:

Analyze and apply advanced software and systems methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Plan, conduct, and direct projects or major phases of significant projects and coordinate the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects. Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex technical problems. Conduct investigations and tests of considerable complexity, review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects, review projects progress, and evaluate results. Recommend corrections in technical applications and analysis and specify materials, equipment, and supplies required for completion and implementation of technical projects. Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services. Provide technical consultation to technical staff or other organizations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with technical program management or system development team leadership with 4+ years of experience with programs with relevance to SIGINT, communications systems, or information technology
-5+ years of experience as a system engineer in programs encompassing systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, and test and transition into operations
-5+ years of experience with systems engineering in an intelligence community environment
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree required

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
