Description

Key Roles:

Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Provide analysis to system requirements and lead design and development activities. Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology and incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. Develop technical documentation and system architecture and system design documentation and guide system development and implementation planning through the assessment or analysis of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interact with the government clients, regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-14 years of experience with programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the federal government
-Experience with Joint capability integration development systems (JCIDS) documents, including initial capability document, capabilities description document, and IA strategy
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree in System Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management or 5 years of experience with systems engineering (SE) in lieu of a BA or BS degree
-Technical Certification as a Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) from INCOSE or DAWIA SPRDE Level 2

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
