A Global Consultancy is seeking a number of Program Managers and Program Directors for their Professional services unit in the U.S. The consultancy is enjoying continued growth due to the position they have in the enterprise applications space.

Your responsibilities as the Program Manager/Director will include:

• Manage large scale SAP strategic programs for clients
• Manage a annual programme portfolio of $30M+
• Support the sales team in bids
• Management of the client relationship including the management of the scope of the program and the management of the contract negotiations
• Work closely with a variety of clients and business groups to outline integration project and program guidelines and methodologies
• Coordinate an offshore resource
• Manage the Change and Business Process Improvements
• Work as a key member of the account management team
• Responsible for the P&L

The key Program Manager/Director we are seeking will possess the following skills:

• Extensive consultancy experience
• Delivered large scale SAP programs
• Delivering and selling of complex SAP programs
• Expert client liaison and stakeholder manager
• Preparing and executing presentations to clients from different commercial sectors
• Managed large scale projects with at least 15 resources
• Managed projects with budgets exceeding $30M+
• Solid understanding of Onsite-Offshore delivery model
• Prince 2 or PMI Certified
