This well-established, stable company is seeking to hire an experienced Business Analyst/Project Lead to manage the upgrade of their manufacturing ERP system. This includes gathering requirements, coordinating the upgrade and implementation, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working with IT, Business and end user communities.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of analysis and project lead background in software development including experience with database systems involving 100s to 1000+ tables. Also Must have project management experience in ERP upgrade or roll-out projects, preferably in manufacturing environments. Should be able to debug reports written in Crystal Reports and applications in Oracle so any Oracle PL/SQL experience is a plus (not required).
