Job Overview Summary This position is for an accomplished, highly motivated, and experienced mid-level salesperson who will promote and sell BEST CROSSMARK's Microsoft-centric IT solutions and professional services to customers in the South Central region of Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the sales process, ability to generate leads through existing contacts, networking, and cold calling with a strong ability to close deals. The candidate will involve partners and Microsoft consultants in the sales process at appropriate times and build and maintain relationships with business and technology customers at director-level and above. The candidate will possess stellar work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cold calling and networking to identify new opportunities.

- Opening new accounts and managing their relationship

- Driving the sales process from opportunity to closing.

- Managing to a sales quota.

- Actively managing the sales pipeline.

- Assist in creating sales messaging and marketing collateral.

- Assist in developing relationships with partner companies.

- Take advantage of Microsoft Partner and IAMCP programs to promote and brand BEST CROSSMARK's services and solutions through joint seminars, case studies, and customer testimonials.

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Stellar work ethic with a sense of responsibility and urgency

- Professional, assertive and service-oriented in nature

- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas

- Experience interacting with mid to high level management

- Very organized

- Good understanding of the end-to-end development cycle of a client engagement.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products, services, and partner programs

Minimum Education: A 4 year college degree or equivalent training with relevant experience and/or certification.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience selling software solutions and professional services

Physical Demands:

- Should be able to type freely and work with computer monitors and keyboards for prolonged periods of time on a daily basis

- Should be able to drive and fly on commercial airlines

Specific Skills:

- Strong computer/technical skills

- Expert negotiating skills

- Ability to create and deliver presentations

- Respect for organizational policies and procedures

- Customer service attitude

- Extensive use of and experience with MS Office, Project, Visio and Outlook.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: None

Working Conditions (environment in which the job is performed):

- An office environment with administrative assistance

- Customer sites (may require travel) with minimum office facilities

- Provision of copiers, fax, printers, voice mail and parking

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
