Qualifications/Duties
Texas Health Resources is currently seeking a LEAN Project Manager of Performance Improvement.
The qualified candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt or Six Sigma Green Belt required
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management, Change Management, Performance Improvement, or Process Improvement.
Must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead Lean Six Sigma projects and use Lean and Project Management software
Strong sound Leadership skills and the ability to function independently
Able to lead and engage teams
Strong analytical and decision making skills
Expert with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project Manager, Visio, Access
This role is responsible for leading Lean Six Sigma projects on both a single hospital level and an organizational level.
Duties include: Applying Lean Six Sigma methodology to projects to improve organizational processes and performance; Leads Kaizen events to design and implement process changes and standardize processes within and across the THR system. Conducts Change Agent Training classes, and Work Out events; Leads process improvement spread opportunities across the system; Works closely with entity leadership when conducting projects on-site. Trains and mentors Change agents.
