Web Development Manager - Drupal, XHTML, Jquery Drupal Developer Web Development Manager with Drupal
Based in Ft. Worth we are passionate about the production of full-featured Websites, social media, and E-learning software. We are looking for a senior level Drupal developer to help us handle two major projects. You would work closely with the development, QA and project management team to build additional features into our Learning Management System from two of the country's most prestigious university hospital systems.
Web Development Manager
-Lead a team of 6-7 Developers
-Design, develop, implement and maintain KCM websites and modules.
-Theme development (PHP, CSS, xHTML, HTMLS and JS)
-Drupal site building (enabling and configuring modules & themes)
-Proactive engagement in project challenges and problem solving
-Actively following the latest developments in CSS, xHTML, HTMLS and JS Communicate regular updates, including progress made, work remaining to be done, and any hurdles encountered - on a regular basis to other members of the project team, as well any other clients (KCM departments) or consultants
-Database design and SQL query tuning
Qualifications:
-Bachelor†s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or proven work experience of 5 years in same or related field
-PHP & JS programming experience
-Advanced experience of CSS and CSS3
-JavaScript and jQuery skills
-Advanced experience of xHTML and HTML5
-Understanding of DB design & optimization
-Familiar with Git and Drush
-Experience with Drupal module development and participation in Drupal Community
-Experience with Wordpress a plus
-Expertise with MySQL, writing SQL and database design
-Experience with installing/configuring/deploying LAMP stacks
-Experience with Dev/Test/Pod environment workflows
-High level analytical skills to find solutions to complex technical and system problems.
-Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of supervisory and non-supervisory employees
-Confident, self-starting, and goal-oriented
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment with high attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
-Ability to manage projects from start to finish and communicate with clients and team members
