Enterprise Architect - TS/SCI Clearance

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to join our client in Arlington, Virginia.

Possession of a TS/SCI Secret Security Clearance is required as a condition for employment.

Job Overview:

- Perform both on-premise and off-premise demonstrations in accordance with the approved demonstration framework and processes.
- Coordinate demonstrations with all stakeholders, manage and oversee demonstration activities, and document and promulgate recommendations based on the results of the demonstrations (Demonstration durations are usually 30-90 days, but may be longer or shorter based on the complexity of the solution).
- Leverage lab capabilities and the technology infusion framework to deliver demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work on the mapping of I/T capabilities to business needs.
- Define the relationships, flows and implementation of business (processes/activities/functions, information), applications, data and technology in the enterprise and the transitional process necessary for implementing technology in response to changing business needs.
- Support development and maintenance of an agency-wide architecture approach, concept of operations, and framework.
- Support the development of an enterprise architecture practice guide.
- Deliver architecture artifacts (eg, views, data models, diagrams, controlled vocabularies) consistent with the architecture framework and practice guide.
- Support the development of an architecture gap analysis, and analyze and report on gaps between "as-is" state versus "to-be" state.

Job Qualifications:

- 10 or more years IT experience.
- Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Seven (7) or more years IT experience in Army, DoD, or IC.
- Knowledge in planning, executing, and managing projects.
- Expert-level knowledge of industry best practices for Enterprise Architecture.
- Expert-level knowledge with the DoD architecture framework (DoDAF).
- Expert-level knowledge with architecture modelling tools.
- Direct experience in a DOD or IC information technology environment.
- As the Demonstration Analyst (Functional Analyst IV), you will be responsible for lab capabilities and the technology infusion framework to deliver demonstrations.
