ATK is currently looking for an Information Security Analytics Engineer for our Eden Prairie office.

The incumbent will be responsible for defining, delivering and executing Information Security Analytics strategies centered around the HP ArcSight and RSA NetWitness platforms. Interface with the Intelligence and Response Unit to deliver solutions to enhance their effectiveness and monitor malicious activities. Interface with Managed Security Service Provider to ensure appropriate monitoring and service levels around the HP ArcSight platform. Interface with service providers to keep abreast of new product and service offerings. Isolate and identify areas of improvement for IT security services. Work with providers to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget.

Core Functions
- Manage the systems Life-cycle for the ArcSight and NetWitness platforms to including the coordination and planning of upgrades, new deployments, and maintaining current operational data flows.
- Provide guidance to Incident Response Analyst and IT engineering staff.
- Maintains security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures; assisting in conducting incident response analyses; developing and conducting training programs.
- Upgrades security systems by monitoring security environment; identifying security gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements.
- Prepares system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Supporting the establishment, enhancement, and continual improvement of an integrated set of correlation rules, alerts, searches, reports, and responses.
- Coordinating and conducting event collection, log management, event management, compliance automation, and identity monitoring activities. Tuning ArcSight for performance and event data quality to maximize ArcSight system efficiency.

Secondary Functions
- Participate in the development of security technology roadmaps
- Participate in the delivery of security assessments (ISO, NIST, OWASP, etc.)

Qualifications
- 3+ years administering HP ArcSight
- 5+ years in Information Security
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain effective with limited direction.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask under aggressive schedules.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
