Lab Pilot Analyst - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Lab Pilot Analyst to join our client in Arlington, Virginia.

Possession of a Secret Security Clearance is required as a condition for employment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage lab capabilities and the technology infusion framework to complete pilots as defined herein.
- Coordinate pilots with all stakeholders, manage and oversee pilot activities, and develop and promulgate recommendations based on the results of the pilots.
- Ensure all stakeholders are continuously informed of the pilot timing and schedule, and report the results of the pilot against the criteria.
- Prepare and deliver a pilot report, also known as an analysis of alternatives (AoA) that compares and contrasts the solutions against the functional requirements and each other.
- Deliver an average of 3 simultaneous pilots that includes an average of 3 solutions per pilot (ie, average of 9 simultaneous evaluations).
- Deliver up to 5 simultaneous pilots that includes up to 5 solutions per pilot (ie, up to 25 simultaneous evaluations), premise and off-premise pilots in accordance with the Government accepted pilot framework and processes.
- Implement the pilot framework and deliver pilots in accordance with the Government accepted pilot framework and processes.
- Leverage lab capabilities and the technology infusion framework to complete pilots as defined herein.
- Perform both on-premise and off-premise pilots in accordance with the Government accepted pilot framework and processes.
- Coordinate pilots with all stakeholders, manage and oversee pilot activities, and develop and promulgate recommendations based on the results of the pilots.
- Ensure all stakeholders are continuously informed of the pilot timing and schedule, and report the results of the pilot against the criteria.
- Prepare and deliver a pilot report, also known as an analysis of alternatives (AoA) that compares and contrasts the solutions against the functional requirements and each other. (Pilot durations are usually 90-120 days, but may be longer or shorter based on the complexity of the solution).
- Deliver an average of 3 simultaneous pilots that includes an average of 3 solutions per pilot (ie, average of 9 simultaneous evaluations).
- Deliver up to 5 simultaneous pilots that includes up to 5 solutions per pilot (ie, up to 25 simultaneous evaluations).

Job Qualifications:
- Seven (7) or more years of experience performing test, pilots, and demonstrations.
- Three (3) or more years IT experience in Army, DoD, or IC.
- Secret security clearance.
- Knowledge researching and fielding new and innovative technology.
- Knowledge of technical writing, developing functional, technical, and security requirements.
- Knowledge creating test procedures, creating test criterion, executing test procedures, evaluating success criteria for pilots, completing analysis of alternatives, and developing executive recommendations.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for test methodologies.
- Experience in a DoD or IC Information Technology environment.
- Experience formally testing or formally evaluating complex IT solutions.
- Experience in piloting cutting edge innovative technology in a controlled environment.
- DoDD 8570 Level II certification.
