Test Analyst (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Test Analyst to join our client in Arlington, VA.

Possession of an active Secret Clearance is required as a condition for employment.

Job Overview:

The Test Analyst will be responsible for the test framework and perform all Common IT (CIT) test activities in accordance with the Government accepted test framework and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform both on-premise and off-premise tests in accordance with the Government accepted test framework and processes.
- Leverage the lab capabilities and the technology infusion framework to complete tests.
- Provide detailed processes for each type or category of tests, various levels of testing granularity within each area, and entrance and exit criteria for each type of test.
- Coordinate tests with all stakeholders, manage and oversee test activities, and develop and promulgate recommendations based on the results of the test.
- Document and demonstrate how testing processes can be fully automated to minimize human intervention.
- Document the results of each test in a formal test report resulting in a formal recommendation on the solution's ability to meet the stated requirements and enterprise processes.
- Implement the test framework and perform all Common IT (CIT) test activities in accordance with the Government accepted test framework and processes.

Job Qualifications:

- Seven (7) or more years of experience performing test, pilots, and demonstrations.
- Three (3) or more years IT experience in DoD, or IC.
- Knowledge researching and fielding new and innovative technology.
- Knowledge of technical writing, developing functional, technical, and security requirements.
- Knowledge creating test procedures, creating test criterion, executing test procedures, evaluating success criteria for pilots, completing analysis of alternatives, and developing executive recommendations.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for test methodologies.
- Experience in a DoD or IC Information Technology environment.
- Experience formally testing or formally evaluating complex IT solutions.
- Experience in piloting cutting edge innovative technology in a controlled environment.
- Secret Security Clearance.
- DoDD 8570 Level II certification.
