We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Analyst in our metropolitan Atlanta corporate headquarters. The HR Systems Analyst reports to the Director, HRIS. Activities will include process documentation, functional requirements design, system configuration, reporting, testing and ensuring delivery and ongoing support of data and technology that enable HR business processes. You'll support the HR leadership team in driving improvements in HR technology through the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. In this position you'll build key performance indicators that help our business make strategic decisions.

Primary Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for analysis, business/functional requirements, and testing- in support of key HR applications, interfaces and reports/queries
• Perform systems analysis, problem/issue management and resolution, root-cause analysis and other tasks as directed by the HR leadership team
• Work with others to evaluate new technologies that enable process improvement and to help coordinate activities across the Enterprise
• Manage escalations and ensure timely response to critical business system impairments
• Coordinate between team resources and impacted business stakeholders for production release updates and upgrades
• Provide end-user assistance, training and support documentation for key HR systems, interfaces and data
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline with a systems focus
• Must have 4 - 7 years of demonstrated experience and success with HR systems with a focus on business process improvement, reporting and support
• Top-notch technology credentials, as evidenced by a track record of delivering complex, market leading technology solutions at appropriate scale to drive success. A deep commitment to quality and usability and a track record of delivering projects within successful time and cost parameters is required.
• The depth of technical skills as well as the willingness to engage in a very hands-on way when appropriate and provide specific technical guidance and leadership to the team is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation; experience using data to measure results, help leaders and associates drive towards key outcomes, and to gain better insight on key strategies.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and HR-related information technology. Experience with ADP and talent management systems is preferred
• Good understanding of HR and IT security and controls
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to maintain a strong results focus in the context of a high change environment.
• A history of actively driving creation and adoption of relevant technology as well as project management techniques is desired.
• Must be able to demonstrate and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality as well as ethical and values-based behavior.
