Join the MOST PROFITABLE COMPANY IN ATLANTA! As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will be responsible for setup, administer, develop and support end user reporting application on Netezza DW. You will be required to perform data modelling, application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet performance and functional requirements. You will also responsible for data migration from Oracle to Netezza DW platform and perform ETL/ELT operations. You will also provide technical assistance to development team from time to time on use of Netezza DW.

Responsibilities

• Ability to design dimensional models and BI schema/metadata integration layers is required.
• BI application development and technical product assistance
• Data migration from Oracle to Netezza
• ETL and ELT design and development
• Netezza system and database administration and configuration
• Ability to handle End to End Netezza  platform(set up, administer, develop and support)

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required
• 3-5 years Development/Consulting or IT Development/Consulting Experience
• Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology: RDBMS such as Netezza, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Business Intelligence development experience and programming experience
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
• Application knowledge of the following industries: Finance and Trading Systems
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with implementation methodologies
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
