Seeking an individual with some data analysis skills. The role involves 80% reviewing invoices for accuracy using excel. 20% of the time you will provide light administrative tasks such as filing, making copies etc.
Functions:
- Analyze large sum/multi-line invoices with the use of Excel
- Resolving discrepancies on invoices (duplicate billing, charges above negotiated rates, etc.)
Work location is downtown Atlanta for a large corporate environment. Office hours are 9:00am to 6:00PM
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel with experience using pivot tables
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Access
