A global firm involved with hosting operations for the airline E-commerce industry is in need of a Big IP Network Engineer for it's Technical Services Group located in Alpharetta, GA.
What you need for this position:
The ideal candidate will possess the following,
- 4+ years with BigIP technologies
- 3+ years with Network, Security, and Linux technologies
- Hands on experience with NetApp and Virtualization technologies
- Capacity management, planning, and reporting
- Scripting experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and compartmentalize based on service level agreements and agreed obligations
- Team Player
What you'll be doing:
- Design and implementation of the following F5 BigIP technologies:
LTM-Local Traffic Manager
ASM-Application Security Manager
APM-Access Policy Manager
- Shared administration duties with the following technologies:
F5 BigIP (LTM, ASM, APM, irules)
Networking (Cisco LAN, Wireshark)
Security (Cisco & Checkpoint Firewalls, Sourcefire IDS)
NetApp (NFS, iSCSI)
Virtualization (Citrix XenServer)
Linux (Red Hat, CentOS)
-Team rotation for tier 2 & 3 escalations on above technologies
