Senior Technical Support Analyst (Dynamics CRM)
Tremendous opportunity to join a growing technology company as a Senior Technical Support Analyst supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM software products.
You will be responsible for supporting customers that are implementing Microsoft CRM software and related software products. You will be supporting clients over the phone, web, and via email. You will be to SME on the team and handle 3rd level support issues. You will help to develop best practices and contribute to the knowledgebase as well as making sure SLA's are met. You will be using Zendesk to track support issues. You will be primary supporting technical issues with Microsoft CRM software and related software, SQL Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, DNS, and Exchange.
You have to be a self starter who can thrive in a fast pace technology company where you wear a lot of hats and do what it takes to be successful. A very high preference for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification and Active Directory Federation Service experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamic CRM software support
- Ability to lead & mentor other associates
- SQL Server support and install experience
- Windows
- Knowledge of Networking
- Firewall support experience
- Basic HTML and/or JavaScript experience
- Ability to do training
- Self motivated and managed
- Ability to thrive is a fast paced technology company
- Excellent communication skills and very consultative personality
