POSITION SUMMARY

Design and develop complex software solutions and provide on-going support of custom CRM and Order Management platform and supporting applications

• Design and develop customer software using .NET (C#) and SQL Server. 
• Design and develop database components to support software operation, including SQL tables, queries, functions, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Develop technical software design documentation based on documented functional requirements.  
• Design and develop SOAP based web services using .NET (C#).
• Participate in on-call duties as necessary with peers and management team members.
• Demonstrated ability to understand schemas and relational databases as well as Object Oriented programming.
• Demonstrate ability to meet with internal and external clients and deliver quality software on-time.
• Must easily adapt to changing priorities and manage workload accordingly.
• Must be highly organized and willing to work in a close-knit team environment.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documentation and code. 
• Ability to tackle and solve complex problems.  
• Ability to work as part of a team or on individual assignments.  
• Skills and Knowledge
• Required - .NET (C#) - web development, SQL Server, source control (VSS, SVN)
• Preferred - Mobile platform development, ORM using Linq or other technologies, development frameworks such as DevCraft or DevExpress, Crystal Reports, SSIS, data warehousing using SQL Server.  

Physical Demands

Physical demands are considered to be that of an office environment, climate controlled, with minimal physical exertion. Requires prolong sitting.

Education/Experience/Certifications

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from four-year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Three to five years of software development experience in the Microsoft development environment.  
• Client Server project experience
• Software Development methodology experience
•  Microsoft certifications are a plus.
