CRM PL/SQL Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CRM Developer to join our client in Auburn Hills, MA.

Job Overview:

The CRM Developer may be asked to solely perform these functions or work together with a team of CRM Analysts & Developers to coordinate the completions of associated tasks. Ultimately, responsibility for ensuring that the functions are performed rests with the CRM Developer.

Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Service Requests:
- Campaign Support eg interpret marketing campaign goals and data needs, develop SQL programs to extract customer data, develop marketing campaign components in (KuBa) such as Analysis Process Designer (APDs), email forms, campaign automation, target groups and profiles
- Data Handling eg Ensure that the privacy and security policies regarding customer data are observed, data cleansing
- Process Improvement eg automate ongoing tasks where possible

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of work experience in IT Development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Strong technical development skills in Oracle 10G PL/SQL, 11G PL/SQL, SQL Plus & Toad
- Familiarity with CRM and components such as Analysis Process Designer (APDs), email forms, campaign automation, target groups and profiles
- Strong working knowledge of XML
- Extremely "Detail-Oriented" individual with the ability to multi-task
- Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing circumstances
- Strong "customer-focused" individual with a passion for responding to the needs of customers
- Ability to quickly get up to speed and learn new technologies and concepts

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- CRM 7 implementation experience is a plus
- Exact Target or similar email campaign execution tool experience is a plus
- Technical skills in HTML/Java
- Experience with SAS (statistical analysis system) software is a plus
