Position Description:

Activities include managing in an Agile/Scrum environment and coordinating project delivery across multiple Agile teams. Must have proven experience running Scrum on large scale project(s) including use of release planning and iterative scope and requirements gathering. Must also have demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. 
Must be able to communicate risks, issues, success, failure, and improvements to higher management including the customer and internally. 

Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Provides team leadership and leads the team to ownership. 


Experience Level:
BA or BS required, Scrum Master certification highly desirable plus minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
