Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Consultant

Looking for Mid Level Oracle Identity Management Consulting Experience

full time hire or contract (mult-year possible on contract) 

REMOTE work (anywhere in US) - paid travel to Austin as needed - very limited travel - mostly remote work

• 3+ years experience with OIM (Oracle Identity Manager)
• Involved in 2 - 3 full life cycle deployments of OIM R2 preferred but R1 acceptable
• 5+ years Java development - customizations/interfaces
• Have 3+ years experience with integration of OIM products to common identity stores and identity targets (LDAP, relational databases, application Servers, SAP)
• Have working knowledge of Single Sign On technologies and password management tools
• Be able to customize OIM product look and feel utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript if needed
• Be able to customize OIM logic and workflow using a compiled programming language if needed (Java, C#, or VB)
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and the ability to write SQL if needed.
• Working knowledge of LDAP and exposure to one a major LDAP technology (Sun LDAP, CA Directory, OpenLDAP) or Active Directory
• At least 1 year of previous consulting experience
• Any experience with OAM (Oracle Access Manager) or OIA (Oracle Identity Analytics) a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal/written
