PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONPerforms and/or manages activities relating to planning, designing, building, and maintaining high quality solutions, products and processes. Creates and assigns detailed tasks to subordinates. Has budget responsibility for a small project, sub-project or process component. Expected to work under minimal supervision.

Job Description
:Works with the functional and technical stakeholders to design, develop and implement solutions in the areas of application integration and messaging middleware. This position requires good understanding of the Service Oriented Architectures and having performed a lead role in the establishment of an SOA environment and successful implementation of an application on SOA. The ideal candidate would have been as a lead technologist on at least one successful SOA implementation, preferably for in Energy/Utilities Industries. Must have the ability to install, configure and customize TIBCO Integration products.Required Skills:Expertise in developing process definitions in TIBCO Business Works 5.x,configuring services in TIBCO Adapters (MQ Adapter, Active Database)
Possesses end-to-end architecture and working knowledge of TIBCO EMS.
Exposure to SOAP, SFTP, WSDL, JDBC, SQL, JNDI, XML, XSD, JMS, XPATH and J2EE best practices, design principles and techniques.
Experience in process definition and process improvement disciplines
Strong Working knowledge of RDBMS preferably Oracle and exposure to PL/SQL.
Experience with the SDLC or Agile methodologies.
Process Orchestration, Web Services and SOA experience in a lead role
Integrating disparate environment including Mainframes, Unix, etc.,
Working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems.
Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Exposure to deployment of TIBCO Applications in UNIX and Windows environments.
Exposure to TIBCO Business Connect
Ability to work closely with Business clients, vendors, and other teams
Detail orientedPreferred Skills:Exposure to Energy/Utilities industry verticals would be a plus.
Exposure to MQ and MSMQ
Strong Objected Oriented Design and Java development Skills is preferred
Familiarities with EAI and EDI concepts
Exposure to Object Oriented design patterns
Exposure to Java development
Exposure to Oracle CC&B/MDM
