External Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Business Analysis with the ability to work effectively in a global complex - Matrix organization. The ability to draw upon your knowledge of project governance and the development lifecycle to support projects through the entire implementation will be a critical success factor. The role combines a need for creativity & innovation in defining, designing and planning solutions, and requirements preparation with the need for logical analysis and conceptual thinking in problem solving and decision-making processes. Individual will liaise across business and technology stakeholders to gather business requirements, put together functional specifications, oversee testing and rollout phases, lead meetings and perform status reports.
Ideal Candidates:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years experience with implementing and supporting enterprise solutions in a Lead Business Analyst role
Strong Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems or ERP systems
Strong Knowledge of PMBOK approach for Project Management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong business process & requirement specification writing skills
Technical knowledge of reporting tools/SQL
Customer service focus
Ability to multi-task in a team environment
Legal US residency required
Responsibilities include:
Lead efforts for the creation of Business Cases to define the scope, objective, approach, assumptions, risks, benefits, costs and resource requirements
Analyze business processes, identify gaps or improvements, and develop requirements for functional level solutions or revisions in process, procedure and operations.
Analyze information requirements and needs, identify problems, provide technical advice and consultation.
Analyze data and develop logical business application solutions to problems by working with the IT team and the user teams.
Take an active role in the project management of the design, testing and implementation phases of a project.
